ICTconsequences Bibliography

Like most of the researchers I have to manage references and bibliography. Since I started the Phd courses I had tried some of the software available. During the last year I also have tried Refbase,   Bibciter and other open source tools.
The result is ICTconsequences Bibliography and the aim is to arrange and share the bibliography I use. As the blog, this is a work web in progress.
